摘  要:探讨了引发剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、单体配比等相关工艺参数对淀粉与丙烯酸甲酯在硝酸铈铵引发下发生接枝反应的影响。研究结果表明:淀粉在硝酸铈铵引发下可以与丙烯酸甲酯发生接枝反应,当硝酸铈铵的用量为3.0%(相对于可溶性淀粉的质量),可溶性淀粉与丙烯酸甲酯的质量比为1:2,反应温度为40℃,反应时间为90min时,单体接枝率可达36.57%。In this paper, the dosage of the initiator, reaction temperature, reaction time, monomer ratio and other related parameters were used to study the starch and methacrylate under the influence of the ammonium ceric nitrate occurred the grafting reaction. The results show that starch with methylacrylate can induce the grafting reaction under the ammonium ceric nitrate condition. When the dosage of ammonium ceric nitrate was 3.0% (relative to the quality of soluble starch), the ratio of soluble starch to methylacrylate was 1:2, the reaction temperature was 40℃, the reaction time was 90min, the grafting ratio can reach 36.57%.
