四步法清洗深度污染陶瓷微滤膜实验研究

摘  要:对深度污染0.2μmAl2O3陶瓷微滤膜表面和截面进行高分辨扫描电镜观测,在初步实验基础上提出一种有效的污染膜组合清洗方案:第1步,纯水漂洗;第2步,用氢氧化钠与次氯酸钠混合溶液(质量分数为1%)正向循环清洗;第3步,用柠檬酸溶液(质量分数为1%)正向循环清洗;第4步,用二氧化氯溶液(质量分数为0.12%)正向循环清洗。实验结果表明,四步法清洗效果显著,膜通量可恢复到较理想的水平。The characteristic of the surface and section of the severely fouled 00.2μ,m Al2O3 ceramic microfihration membrane is analyzed by SEM. By a series of pilot cleaning experiments, a kind of efficient combined cleaning plan with four steps is presented. For step l, it is to rinse the fouled membrane by purified water. Step 2 is to clean the fouled membrane with direct circulation by the mixed solution ( weight fraction 1% ) of NaOH and NaClO The third step with citric acid ( weight fraction 1% ) and the fourth step with chlorine dioxide solution( weight fraction 0.12% ) are applied in a similar way with step 2. The results indicate that the cleaning effect is obvious, and the 4-step cleaning procedure can almost recover original membrane flux.
