河南省农村体育服务体系典型案例调查与分析——济源柿槟村个案研究

摘　　要：为了给新农村体育服务体系建设提供参考,以柿槟村为案例,采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等方法,对柿槟村体育服务体系进行了调查分析。结果表明:柿槟村体育文化生活是以篮球为主、多项体育竞赛为辅的多维立体体育服务体系为特色,有着丰富的体育资源。但存在着体育组织机构及其管理工作薄弱、体育场馆设施极其缺乏、社会体育指导员不足和农村学校、机关等场地资源没有得到有效利用等问题。建议加强农村基层体育组织建设、加大农村体育场地设施建设、大力培养农村体育管理人才、发挥农村学校的辐射作用。The constriction of new system is a blood injection to farmers＇ spiritual and cultural life,which is of important and realistic significance.The study takes Shi-bin village in Jiyuan city of Henan province as a special case,adopts various research methods as literature collection,interview and questionnaire,surveys and analyzes the special features and problems of physical education service system in this village.It＇s hoped to provide some references for the construction of new countryside physical education service system.
