国家男曲YO-YO测试与有氧、无氧相关指标的分析

摘　　要：通过在北京体育大学和奥体中心训练场对国家男子曲棍球队员无氧能力、有氧能力、YO-YO测试等指标的测试,并对YO-YO测试成绩与有氧、无氧指标相关性进行分析。结果显示YO-YO测成绩(距离)与相对摄氧量无显著相关性(r=0.461,P>0.05),但与相对平均功率显著中度相关(r=0.512,P<0.05)。YO-YO测试作为增负荷的力竭测试,对曲棍球运动员无氧能力的评价有一定作用。By analyzing the data from anaerobic capacity test,aerobic test and YO-YO test（all of the tests were tested in Beijing University of Physical Education and the Olympic Sports Center＇s training ground）,we analyzed the data about the anaerobic and the aerobic index in YO-YO test,and found that the result of the YO-YO test（distance） correlated insignificantly with the relative oxygen uptake（r=0.461,P0.05）,but significantly relative with average power（r=0.512,P0.05）.The study concluded that YO-YO test played an effective role in evaluating the anaerobic capacity.
