摘　　要：从高职院校特色班级建设的缘起、理论基础与实践原则三方面出发,对特色班级建设这一旨在促进学生全面发展的德育教育新模式进行理论与实践方面的探索,创新高职院校班级管理的理念,强化班级管理的德育教育功能。Starting with the origin, theoretical foundations and practical principles of constructing characteristic class in higher educational college, this paper attempts to make an inquiry into the theoretical and practical aspects of constructing characteristic class, a new mode of moral education, which aims at improving students＇ comprehensive development. This lead to making some innovations in class management idea in higher vocational college and enhance the moral educational functions of class management..
