扶贫顶岗实习支教中的倾向性问题研究

摘　　要：在扶贫顶岗实习支教中,要重视倾向性问题研究,坚持正确理解实习支教的要求,把全面性与重点性结合起来;坚持准确把握身份的新变化,处理好角色的双重性、多样性;坚持正确处理人际关系,营造健康和谐的实习环境;坚持爱而不纵,责而有度,努力在管理上做到严而不死,活而不乱;坚持正确认识社会影响的双重作用,力求避免负效应的产生;坚持在总结评估上的完整性和科学性。This paper is devoted to these problems focusing on：（1）sticking to the demands of poverty-relief work and relating the comprehensiveness with emphasis;（2）paying much attention to the changes in identity and realizing the multiple identities;（3）properly dealing with the personal relationship to create an agreeable working environment;（4）establishing a dynamic management system;（5） resisting the negative social influences;（6）guaranteeing the comprehensiveness and scientificity of assessment and appraisal system.
