摘 要:从上海金山区第二工业园区的污水池淤泥中分离出一株能够降解苯酚的菌株JS-1,该菌株能够在以苯酚为唯一碳源和能源的无机盐培养基上生长,经16S rDNA分子比对及其形态、生理生化分析,初步鉴定该菌为粪产碱菌(Alcaligenes faecalis).该菌在30℃时的降解率最高,达93%,在25~35℃范围内的降解率均达70%以上,在苯酚浓度低于500 mg/L时,降解率达75%以上,接种量在0.5~1.5 mL时苯酚的降解率最为明显,达93%以上,在有外加碳源葡萄糖加入时可以相对提高菌株的降解效率,从而缩短降解周期.为污染土壤的微生物修复提供理论指导.A strain JS-1,which was able to grow on medium containing phenol as sole source of carbon and energy,was isolated from silt of Second Industry Park,Jinshan district,Shanghai.By using 16S rDNA sequence analysis,the strain JS-1 was identified as a member of the genus Alcaligenes faecalis.The phenol degradation was achieved to 70% at temperature range from 25 to especially to 93% at 30 ℃.Above 75% phenol degradation was indicated when phenol concentration was lower than 500 mg/L.Apparently phenol degradation was up to 93% under condition of inoculation amount range 0.5-1.5 mL.Moreover,the efficient biodegradation of phenol occurred with proper additional carbon and energy source,such as glucose,which can shorten phenol degradation cycle in a more economical way.So it can provide theoretical guideline to microbial remediation of phenol-contaminated soil.
