摘　　要：以总部经济模式推进区域合作有多种实现路径,主要包括生产基地从中心城市外迁模式、总部向中心城市迁移模式和企业在中小城市设立生产制造基地模式。以联合利华为例,研究生产基地从中心城市外迁模式的形成机理及对区域分工合作的效应。There are a variety of paths to achieve regional cooperatives by headquarters economy model. The main models include external migration of production base, migration of headquarters to central city and enterprises set up production base in small-medium cites. In this paper, the author researched effects of mechanism of external migration of production base and regional division and cooperatives.
