摘　　要：分析了公共科技服务平台的概念、主要功能和主要模式,结合发达地区公共科技服务平台建设的经验,提出了太原市公共科技服务平台在推进中小科技企业发展方面发展的若干建议。In this paper, the author analyzed concept, main functions and models of platform of public science and technology service. Based on experience of platform of public science and technology service in developed area, the author put forward suggestions of improving development of mediummall technology enterprises by Taiyuan platform of public science and technology service.
