摘　　要：借鉴企业联盟中物流整合与物流共同化的理论,提出了企业并购整合中物流整合的过程模型,并分析了企业并购整合中物流共同化的主要内容、常见形式、主要策略,研究了企业并购整合中物流共同化中存在的问题以及解决方法。Borrowing the theories of the integrated and the joint logistics in enterprise alliance studies, the paper proposes a procedural model for logistics integration in the enterprise M＆A process, analyzes the main content, common forms, and major strategies of joint logastics operation in the process, and studies the existing problems and their countermeasures.
