摘 要:换向器是直流电动机的重要组成部件,在换向器自动刻槽过程中,云母槽的检测与定位是关键技术。利用CCD摄像头拍摄换向器视频图像,然后对视频图像进行同步分离和硬件二值化处理,识别出换向器云母槽的位置。在单片机的控制下,由步进电动机带动转子,使得云母槽和铣刀对准,从而完成对换向器云母刻槽工作。设计的换向器云母槽检测与定位系统具有速度快、定位准确、适应性强的优点。The commutator is an important component of the DC motors.The mica slot detection and positioning is the key technology in the process of the commutator automatic slotting.The video image of the commutator was taken by the CCD camera,and then it was processed by Sync separation and hardware binarization to identify the location of the commutator mica slot.Under the control of the microcontroller,the rotor was driven by the stepper motor to make the mica slot and the cutter alignment,thus completing slotting work on the commutator mica.The commutator mica slot detection and positioning system designed has the advantages of fast positioning,accuracy and adaptability.
