中医药心力衰竭动物模型的研究现状

摘　　要：心力衰竭是临床常见的一种心血管综合征。中医药治疗心衰采用的动物模型主要有疾病动物模型和病症结合动物模型。常用的疾病动物模型复制方法为缩窄腹主动脉法、结扎冠状动脉法、快速心室起搏法、戊巴比妥钠静脉注射法、阿霉素法和异丙肾上腺素注射法;常用的病症结合动物模型为心阳虚衰症急性心力衰竭动物模型、心气虚症心力衰竭动物模型、肾阳虚症心力衰竭动物模型、气虚血瘀症慢性心力衰竭动物模型、心肾阳虚症心力衰竭动物模型、阳虚水停症慢性心力衰竭动物模型和热盛阴虚型心力衰竭动物模型。中医药治疗心衰的动物实验研究要选择恰当的实验动物,了解模型制作原理,从而选择恰当的心衰动物模型,由此所得到的实验结果才科学、可靠。Heart failure is a common clinical cardiovascular syndrome.Heart failure animal models mainly include animal disease model and combining syndrome with disease.Commonly replicated methods of the animal disease models include：abdominal aorta constriction,coronary artery ligation,rapid ventricular pacing,intravenous injection of pentobarbital sodium,Adriamycin method and Isoproterenol injection.Combining syndrome with disease animal models include：acute heart failure with heart Yang deficiency syndrome,heart failure with heart Qi deficiency syndrome,heart failure with kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,heart failure with heart and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,chronic heart failure with Yang deficiency with water retention,and heart failure with Yin deficiency with internal heat.We should select the proper heart failure animal model,including selecting the proper animal and know the principle of animal model establishment to ensure that the experimental results are scientific and reliable.
