摘　　要：针对某660 MW超临界锅炉在试运过程中出现的水冷壁连续2次爆管现象,分析爆管的原因,并从机组设计、安装、基建调试方面提出防范措施,为同类型机组爆管问题的解决与防范提供参考。Aiming at tube-bursting of water wall during trial operation in 660 MW supercritical boiler,this paper analyzes the causes of tube-bursting, and advances the countermeasures from the aspects of design, installation, construction and commission, to taking reference for tube-busting of the same type unit,
