知识型企业的超网络均衡研究

摘　　要：在知识型企业间知识网络、经济网络与社会网络相互作用的基础上,构建由知识网络、经济网络和社会网络组成的超网络模型,并以超网络中的知识数目、关系质量与经济活动价值为决策变量,运用变分不等式,分析了个体基于知识增加数目、社会关系价值、风险、成本、收益等不同偏好下的多目标最优决策模型,得到同时满足所有个体最优目标约束条件的知识数目、社会关系质量和经济活动价值的分布,以及超网络的均衡状态。该问题的研究不但为知识型企业协调与发展企业间网络提供了理论基础,而且也为政府引领知识型产业发展提供了思路。This paper focuses on how knowledge network,social network and economic network interact with each other among knowledge-based enterprises and establishes super network model.According to the knowledge amount,relationship quality and economic activity value,a multiple objective（including knowledge units increment,social relationship value,risk,cost and profit） decision model with preference coefficients is analyzed by using the variational inequality theory.After analyzing the optimal functions of allagents,the distributions of knowledge amount,relationship quality and economic activity value are found.Thus,the super-network achieves an equilibrium state.The study of this question not only provides a theoretical foundation for knowledge-based enterprises coordinating and developing inter-firm network,but also provides an idea for the government leading the development of knowledge-based industry.
