摘　　要：目的：探讨应用国产医用真丝线段行血管内栓塞治疗脑动脉畸形的疗效。方法：３３例行选择性全脑血管造影，取得主要供血动脉后，采用Ｍａｇｉｃ１．８Ｆ微导管超选择进入大脑前、中动脉直至病灶内。栓塞剂为５／０真丝线段，栓塞至畸形血管闭消失或减少。结果：血管团完全消失６例，消失达９５％７例，９０％６例，７０％５例，５０￣７０％７例。无死亡及严重并发症发生。结论：真丝线段血人栓塞后临床症状改善显著。Objective:To study the methods of intravascular embolization to treat brain AVM for 33 cases with self-made medical silk segments.Methods:33 cases were performed by selective brain anteriography to obtain major supportive artery,then super-selectively sent magic 1.8F microtubue to the anterior and media cerbral artery till the focus,kept the embolization untill the malformed vascular mass disappeared or decreased.Results:Malformed vascular mass completrely disappeared in 6 cases.Over 95% of the malformed vascular mass disappeared in 7 cases,over 90% in 6 cases,70% in 5 cases and 50%～70% in 7 cases.Neither hemorrhage nor epilepsy recurred after embolization.Neuromalfunctions were improved in different levels.There was also no death and sever complications in all cases.Conclusions:After embolization clinical symptoms may improve obviously and superiority of the interventional radiology is shown.\;Key words:Brain arteriovenous malformation(AVM)\ Silk segments\ Intravascular therapeuticscrovasculature and the ultrastructures of the spiral modiolar arteria(SMA) guinea pigs from different age groups were observed under transmission electron microscope.Results There was no significant histological morphogenetic difference of SMA between the juvenile guinea pigs and the adult.Meanwhile,in the senile guinea pigs,the SMA markedly dilated;the vascular wall formed folds which processed intravascularly, with significant proliferation of the endotheliocytes appearancing with rough surface;the myelin sheatles of nerve fibers arranged disorderly in the external of vascular wall.Conclusion The characteristics of SMA might be the histological and morphogenetic base for the decreased compliance of cochlear microvasculature in the senile guinea pigs.
