摘　　要：本文采用HPLC法对中药火麻仁中α-亚麻酸进行了含量测定。确定色谱条件为:色谱柱Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水(体积比为80∶20);流速1.0mL.min-1;检测波长210nm;柱温30℃。在此条件下,α-亚麻酸甲酯与其它组分得到良好的分离,线性范围为10.5～168μg(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为97.26%(RSD=0.84%)。The method of determination α-linolenic acid in hemp seed by HPLC was established in this thesis.The chromatography was carried out on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column（150mm×4.6mm,5μm） with acetonitrile-water（V∶V= 80∶20） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,The detection wavelength was set at 210nm.α-linolenic acid separated thoroughly from other components on this condition,the calibration curve was linear within the range of 10.5～168 μg（r =0.9998） and the average recoveries were 97.26%（RSD=0.84%）.
