摘　　要：通过共价键成功地将量子点(CdTe)与脂肪酶连接,并采用荧光光谱法对结合物进行了表征.此外将结合物进一步应用于酶催化酯水解反应,发现随着酯水解反应的不断进行,量子点的荧光强度会发生相应的线性降低,这将成为研究酶催化酯水解动力学的新方法.Lipases was successfully conjugated to quantum dots（CdTe,558nm） through covalent bonds,and the bioconjugates was characterized by fluorescence spectrum.Furthermore,the application of bioconjugation in enzyme catalyzed hydrolysis reaction was primary investigated.It is found that,as the hydrolysis reaction goes on,the fluorescence intensity of quantum dots decreases linearly.These unusual linear effects may be proved useful in the study of the dynamics of hydrolysis reaction.
