摘　　要：中国古代医家在"医乃仁术"的职业认同下,以儒家忠恕之道为基本路径,建构起了以"行忠恕而施仁术"为宗旨的医学职业精神,支撑着传统医德的不断丰富和完善。"行忠恕而施仁术"也是当代医学职业精神的历史与文化根脉,对理解医学职业精神的内涵和培育医学职业精神的实践具有一定的启示作用。With the professional identification that ＂medicine is benevolence＂, ancient Chinese physicians fol- lowed the basic path of Confucian forbearance and constructed medical professionalism based on ＂acting forbearance so as to implement benevolence＂, which supported the constant enrichment and improvement of traditional medical ethics. ＂Acting forbearance so as to implement benevolence＂ is also the history and cultural origin of the contemporary medical professionalism, and has certain enlightenment function for understanding the meaning of medical professionalism and fostering the practice of medical professionalism.
