摘　　要：目的:探讨血管生成拟态(vasculogenic mimicry,VM)在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测80例乳腺癌标本的VM表达情况,结合乳腺癌的临床病理特点进行分析。结果:VM在80例乳腺癌组织中阳性表达20例,阳性率为25.0%;阴性表达60例,VM的表达与乳腺癌是否存在淋巴结转移有一定关系(P<0.01)。结论:乳腺癌中存在VM的表达,且与乳腺癌是否存在淋巴结转移相关。Objective：To study the expression of vasculogenic mimicry（VM） and its role in breast cancer. Methods：Specimens of 80 breast cancer were collected along with their clinical pathological data.VM expression was detected using CD31/PAS double staining and the correlation between VM and clinical pathologic factors was studied. Results：In 80 breast cancer cases,20 cases had VM positive expression,the positive rate of VM was 25.0%,60 cases were negative.It was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis（P〈0.01）. Conclusions：VM expression exists in breast cancer,and maybe it associated with lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.
