摘 要:为了找出烤烟叶片在叶丝干燥工序中叶丝填充值和整丝率的变化趋势,以国内外7地主要产区烤烟叶片为试验材料,研究了烤烟在滚筒和气流2种干燥方式不同加工强度条件下的叶丝填充值和整丝率变化。结果表明:烤烟在滚筒干燥工序,随着加工强度的增大,叶丝填充值呈上升趋势,整丝率呈下降趋势,其中填充值最高达5.82 cm3/g,整丝率最低为80.1%;各个部位叶丝填充值和整丝率平均值均与出口叶丝温度呈较强线性关系(r≥0.954)。烤烟叶片在气流干燥工序较高强度(强度4)以下加工范围内,随着加工强度增大,叶丝填充值呈上升趋势,整丝率基本不变,其中填充值最高达5.96 cm3/g,在较高-高加工强度下,叶丝填充值和整丝率均呈下降趋势,整丝率最低为85.6%。To find out the change trend of cut tobacco filling power and whole cut rate of flue-cured tobacco leaf in the cut tobacco drying process,the changes of cut tobacco filling power and whole cut rate of flue-cured tobacco leaf dried by cylinder and pneumatic ways in the different processing intensity were investigated in present experiment.The results were as showing:with the increase of processing intensity in the cylinder drying process,the cut tobacco filling power of flue-cured tobacco leaf increased to 5.82 cm3/g,and the whole cut rate decreased to 80.1%.The average value of all stalk positions cut tobacco filling power showed significantly linear relationship with whole cut rate and the cut tobacco temperature in the exit of cylinder dryer(r≥0.954).Under the processing intensity lower than higher intensity in the pneumatic drying process,the cut tobacco filling power of flue cured tobacco leaf increased with the increasing of processing intensity,whereas the whole cut rate nearly unchanged.Under the higher to highest processing intensity,the cut tobacco filling power and whole cut rate decreased with the increasing of processing intensity.
