摘　　要：目的探讨n-3多不饱和脂肪酸对重症感染患者的治疗作用及效果。方法通过随机对照研究,对80例重症感染患者肠外营养治疗时进行相关炎症指标监测,其中试验组的静脉营养液中添加n-3多不饱和脂肪酸。结果治疗7 d后,试验组与对照组之间的C-反应蛋白、转铁蛋白、免疫球蛋白(IgAI,gGI,gM)等免疫和炎症指标有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 n-3多不饱和脂肪酸对重症感染患者的炎症反应调控具有积极作用。Objective To investigate the treatment reaction and effect of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid on severe infectious patients.Methods Through randomized controlled study,80 cases of severe infecteous patients were treated by parenteral nutrition therapy and performed monitoring of the corresponding inflammatory indexes.The experimental group was added n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in intravenous nutritional solution.Results After 7 d treatment,the immunological and inflammatory indexes such as CRP,transferrin（TRF） and immunoglobulin（IgA,IgG,IgM） had significant difference between the experimental and control groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid plays an active role for regulating the inflammatory reactions in severe infecteous patients.
