摘  要:车辆在各种崎岖道路上行驶时,经常受到严重的振动和冲击,工况条件恶劣,损伤严重,支撑件经常出现疲劳裂纹及断裂等疲劳问题.针对此问题利用一种基于CAE技术的疲劳寿命方法对车身支撑件进行了疲劳性能分析,发现底板和侧板的过渡处为薄弱环节.通过对采用整体式和焊接式结构的支撑件寿命信息对比,认为初始设计时的焊接式结构是不合理的,采用整体式结构将会大大提高支撑件的疲劳寿命.While driving On rugged road, vehicle endured Serious vibrations and impacts; which caused fatigue damage of bracket Such as crack and rupture. Aiming at this probiem; the fatigue performance of bracket was analyzed by utilizing a method of fatigue life analysis based on CAE. The unsubstantial position at the joint of upper and side plate was detected. The fatigue life of brackets with different structure improper detail was compared. The results showed that the welded structure of original design was and the fatigue life of bracket was extended greatly when designed as a integer.
