摘　　要：在国家级示范高职院校建设过程中,安徽水利水电职业技术学院水利水电建筑工程专业构建了基于工学交替模式下的人才培养方案,探索出了适合高职教育的专业人才培养方案的新思路。In the process of building a national model of higher vocational colleges,the water resources and hydropower construction major in Anhui Water Conservancy Technical College has constructed the personnel training program based on the alternating mode of work and study,and has explored a new program for the professional personnel training in vocational education.
