摘　　要：高职高专院校专业带头人在专业建设中有示范带头作用。本文明确了专业带头人的角色定位,并提出了高职高专院校进行专业建设、培养专业带头人的基本思路。Academic leaders in vocational and specialized higher education institutions can set good examples to the others during the major construction. This paper has defined the role orientation of academic leaders, and proposed the basic working ideas when training academic leaders in the course of the major construction.
