摘　　要：结合专业特点和教学实践,分析阐述了"校企联合"和"工学交替"培养模式以及"探究性"、"任务驱动"、"问题探究"等教学模式。实践证明,这些模式的实施对楼宇智能化工程技术技能型人才培养具有明显的作用。Building intelligent engineering is a high and new technology skill which contains higher technology and many sub- jects. The rapid development of our real estate and intelligent building market is calling the need of the talent of building intelligent engineering major. So what the priority for us is training more and more skilled talent of building intelligent engineering major, whose keys are academic mode and teaching mode.
