拓展训练模式教学法在化工管路拆装实训中的探索

摘　　要：在高职化工类专业的实践教学活动中引入拓展训练模式,挖掘个人潜能,提高团队精神,培养出企业所需要的高素质人才,尽可能做到与企业"无缝接轨",笔者在化工管路拆装实训实践教学活动中,尝试性的探索了拓展训练模式教学法,提高团队凝聚力,培养学生的合作意识和团体精神,收到了一定的效果。Outward bound training mode is introduced to practice teaching activities of chemical specialty in higher vocational ed- ucation. It can be advantageous to developing students＂ ability and improving the students ＇ team spirit, cultivate high--quality personnel students to achieve the＇zero- distance employment＂ for enterprises. In this paper, this mode was studied on dismant- ling and assembling practical skills training of chemical pipeline, the result showed that it could generate and enhance the group cohesion, and had a great effect on improving the students＂ cooperative and team spirit.
