摘　　要：敏捷性是指企业能够灵活、集成和快速地响应市场变化的能力.将模糊层次分析法(FAHP)应用于企业敏捷性评价,并结合我国中小制造企业现状,构建了基于时间、成本、鲁棒性和自适应范围的企业敏捷性评价指标体系及算法模型.通过分析影响企业敏捷性的多重因素,将企业敏捷性加以量化评定,为改善企业的运行性能提供决策依据.Agility is the ability of enterprise flexibly,integration and fast response to market changes.In this article,the fuzzy AHP method is applied to the agility measurement of manufacturing enterprise,and the evaluating index system and algorithm model of the enterprise agility,which is combined with present condition of China small and medium manufacturing enterprises,is established on the basis of time,cost,robustness and scope of change.Through the method,the influence multi-factors to enterprise agility are analyzed and quantized as the evaluation value.This result will be helpful for improving operating performance of manufacturing enterprise and presenting decision basis.
