摘　　要：目的探讨蛇毒精氨酸酯酶Agkihpin对人鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞系中表皮钙粘素(E-CD)表达的影响,并试图阐明Agkihpin抑制人鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞的机制。方法用不同浓度的Agkihpin处理鼻咽癌细胞株72 h后,应用免疫细胞化学、RT-PCR法检测E-CD在CNE-2细胞中的表达。结果不同浓度Agkihpin作用CNE-2细胞72 h后E-CD表达均降低,并呈现出一定的浓度依赖效应,显示Agkihpin可显著下调CNE-2细胞中E-CD表达。各加药组与不加Agkihpin组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在人低分化鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞系中,Agkihpin能抑制E-CD的表达,并且随浓度的增大有明显的抑制作用。Objective To explore the effects of Agkihpin on the expression of E-Cadherin in nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2 cell line,and to explore the mechanism of Agkihpin inhibiting CNE-2. Methods The cultured cells were treated with different concentrations of Agkihpin for 72 h. The expression level of E-Cadherin in CNE-2 cell line was assayed by immunocytoehemistry and RT-PCR. Results Compared with Agkihpin absent group, the E-Cadherin expression levels in CNE-2 cells were reduced significantly after the treatment of different concentrations of Agkihpin （ P 〈 0.05 ） , in a concentration-dependent manner, which showed that Agkihpin could down-regulate the expression of E-Cadherin in CNE-2 cells significantly. Conclusion Agkihpin can inhibit the expression of E-Cadherin in CNE-2 cells, which may be one of reasons for Agkihpin inhibiting the cellular vitality of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell.
