针刺配合康复训练对脑梗死运动性失语的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的本研究通过观察针刺配合语言康复训练对脑梗死运动性失语患者言语功能恢复程度结果的评估,证明和肯定针刺配合语言康复训练对脑梗死运动性失语症的临床疗效,并探索此方法的作用机制。方法将40例符合第4次全国脑血管会议诊断标准的脑梗死运动性失语的患者随机分为治疗组20例和对照组20例,两组均给予神经内科常规药物治疗,在此基础上治疗组给予针刺治疗和语言康复训练,对照组仅给予常规药物治疗,30 d后分别评价两组患者的语言功能,观察治疗前后患者自发语言流畅程度的变化。结果根据汉语失语症口语流利性评分,两组总有效率P>0.05,两组显效率P<0.05,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合康复训练能有效改善患者的语言功能,加快语言功能的康复速度,减少并发症,提高患者的生活质量,对促进其重返社会有重要意义。Objective To,investigate the effeets of aeupuneture combined with rehabilitation training on the recovery of language funetion in patients with motor aphasia, and to explore the mechanism of action. Methods 40 eases met the Fourth National Conferenee diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction motor aphasia were randomly divided into treatment group and eontrol group（20 eases eaeh group ）. The two groups were given conventional therapy ; on this basis, the treatment group was given acupuncture treatment and language rehabilitation training;the control group only received eonventional therapy, language function of the patients was evaluated after 30 days. The spontaneous changes in language fluency were observed before and after treatment. Results According to oral fluency in Chinese aphasia score, the difference of total effective and efficiency between the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, treatment group was superior to control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture and rehabilitation training can improve language function in patients, speed up the recovery rate of language function, reduce complications and improve quality of life of patients ;it was important to promote their reintegration.
