摘　　要：企业科技图书馆是企业的文献信息中心,是知识的宝库,是人们寻求知识、追求理想的良师益友,是职工的第二课堂。它肩负着为企业生产科研提供信息的重任,在企业生产和科研工作中起着耳目、尖兵和参谋的作用。努力办好企业科技图书馆,提高企业科技图书馆在生产科研中的作用,对于提高企业职工的素质、增强企业发展的后劲、促进企业科研生产和经营管理都有着重要的意义。The science and technology libraries of enterprises are the centers of scientific and technical literature and information in enterprises. They provide information for the production and research work of enterprises and play the important roles of ears, eyes, vanguards and advisers for enterprises. It is very important for improving employee＇ s quality, ensuring enterprises＇ sustained development and promoting enterprises＇ research, production and management to construct excellent science and technology libraries and enhance their role in both production and research.
