摘　　要：目的:筛选盐酸氨溴索片的处方并进行相关指标的考察。方法:以微晶纤微素、淀粉和羧甲基淀粉钠的用量为考察因素进行正交试验,以合格颗粒所占比例、休止角、硬度、脆碎度、溶出度情况为指标确定最佳处方。结果:填充剂以微晶纤微素、淀粉,崩解剂以羧甲基淀粉钠效果最佳,各项指标均符合中国药典。结论:该片制备工艺简单,质量控制方法可靠,质量稳定。Objctive. To Prescription Selection and Quality Research of Ambroxol Hydr-ochloride Tablets. Methods： The orthogonal test was conducted with the addition of Microc-rystalline cellulose.Starch and Sodium carboxymethyl starch as investigation factors;the percentage of Qualified granule.Angle of repose, Hardness,Friability,Dissolution Rate can be considered as screening indexes for the best prescription. Results： Microcrystalline cellulose and Starch are the best Filler, Sodium carboxymethyl starch is the best Disinteg-rant, and all th＇e indicators are accorded with Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion： The pr-eparation process is simple and the quality can be controlled.
