摘　　要：本文论述了在新形势下以科学发展观为指导,加强医院道德建设在医院管理中的重要意义,通过医院思想建设、道德建设、医疗质量与医疗安全三方面进行探讨。To discuss the scientific concent of development as the guidance and strengthen political and ideological work of meaning and purpose in the new terrain,moral constraction, health care quality and medical safety in three areas for discussion.
