摘　　要：随着高校教学改革的不断深入,国家精品课程建设全面展开。重点对食品加工机械类课程建设现状进行分析,肯定成就,找出不足,提出见解,以促进全面食品工程专业的课程建设。With the deepening of teaching reform in universities,the national fine course construction are carried out.The status of the course construction of food processing machine is analyzed.The good performances are encouraged,the deficiency are found,and the good proposals are suggested to promote the course construction.
