摘　　要：目的探讨HER-2和O6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA甲基转移酶(O6-methylguanine-DNA-methyltransferase,MGMT)在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测80例BTCC组织及30例癌旁组织和20例正常膀胱黏膜组织中HER-2和MGMT的表达,分析其与病理分级、临床分期及其他临床因素的相关性及意义。结果 HER-2在正常膀胱组织和癌旁组织及BTCC中的阳性表达率依次增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),随着BTCC病理分级和临床分期的不同其表达依次增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MGMT在正常膀胱组织和癌旁组织及BTCC中的阳性表达率依次降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),随着BTCC病理分级和临床分期的不同其表达依次降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HER-2和MGMT与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤数量及发病次数均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 HER-2和MGMT可能成为膀胱癌诊断及判断预后的标志物。Objective To explore the expression and significance of HER-2 and O6-methyl- guanine -DNA -methyltransferasegene （MGMT） in transtionnal cell carcinoma of bladder （BTCC）. Methods The HER-2 and MGMT expression in 80 cases of BTCC and 30 case paracareinomas tissue and 20 cases normal bladder tissue were detected by immunohistochemical method and the corre- lation between the expression and pathological grading, clinical stage and other clinical factors were analyzed. Results The expression rates of HER-2 in 20 cases normal bladder tissue and 30 case paracareinomas tissue and 80 cases of BTCC are high by and by, the diffreeence is significant in statistics（P〈0. 001） ,its expression rates in pathological grading and clinical stage of BTCC are high by and by,the diffrecence is significant in statistics（P〈0.05） ; The expression rates of MGMT in 20 cases normal bladder tissue and 30 case paracarcinomas tissue and 80 cases of BTCC are low by and by, the diffrecence is significant in statistics（P〈0. 001）,its expression rates in pathological grading and clinical stage of BTCC are low by and by, the diffrecence is significant in statistics（P〈0.05）. But the expressions of HER-2 and MGMT had no relationship with sex,age,number of tumour and frequency of invasion of BTCC （P〉0. 05）. Conclusions HER-2 and MGMT can be a marker to diagnose and predict bladder carcinomas.
