摘　　要：针对素质培养研究中存在的问题,界定了素质的内涵,提出了知识、行为习惯和能力或技能为素质构成的三个要素,并指出在实施素质培养时,要重视素质的属性、要避免将知识与素质或能力与素质割裂开来或并列起来、要全面理解实施素质培养时出现的某些行为。The problems existing in the research on the diathesis cultivation define the connotation of diathesis,bring up three main factors including knowledge,behavior and abilities or skills,and indicate that the property of diathesis should be attached importance in the course of implementing diathesis cultivation.Meanwhile the understanding of implementing diathesis cultivation in all-around way is under expectation.
