摘　　要：以人为本是科学发展观的核心,也是现代教育的基本理念。在探索大学生思想政治工作实践中,必须坚持以人为本,把工作的切入点放在大学生身上,采取有效措施,激发他们的主观能动性,促进大学生成长成才,从而实现思想政治教育的目标。Human-orientedness is the core of Scientific Outlook on Development. It is also the basic concept of modem education. In practicing ideological education, we should endorse human-orientedness, placing students as the basic point of consideration. In order to realize the goal of ideological education, effective measures should be taken to stimulate the students＇ initiative and promote their growth.
