摘　　要：广西北部湾海产资源丰富,生态环境多样化。而北部湾的过度开发,给广西沿海的海洋生态环境带来了不良影响,近岸海域水质的污染影响与破坏海洋生物资源生存环境,海洋过度捕捞、海水养殖扩大,影响与破坏海洋生态环境,海洋资源综合利用与管理的欠缺,阻碍了海洋生态环境的可持续发展。对广西北部湾海洋生态环境的保护对策:一是地方政府加强海洋生态环境保护的立法和规划;出台了一系列治污与减排措施;增强海洋生态环境保护意识,改变海洋生态环境保护理念;二是钦州学院为北部湾海洋生态环境保护提供基础和交流平台。The Beibu Gulf of Guangxi is abundant in marine resources and enjoys diversified ecosystem.Over development of Beibu Gulf has caused huge adverse impacts to the marine ecological environment of Guangxi coastal area.Pollution of inshore waters affects and ruins the living environment of marine living resources;excessive marine fishing and expansion of aquaculture influences and damages marine ecological environment;deficiency in comprehensive utilization and management of marine resources hinders the sustainable development of marine ecological environment.Accordingly,countermeasures adopted to protect the marine ecology and environment of Guangxi Beibu Gulf can be： firstly,local government should enhance the legislation and planning of marine ecological and environmental protection,issue series of measures for pollution control and emission reduction;raise people＇s awareness and alter their concepts in marine ecological environment protection;secondly,Qinzhou University provides a base and exchange platform for the protection in Beibu Gulf.
