摘　　要：根据2007年度上市公司的财务报表数据,通过建立回归模型研究了公司治理对企业R&D投入的影响。实证研究表明,股权集中度和高层管理者的激励对企业R&D投入具有显著的正向影响,董事会规模、独立董事比例对企业技术创新投资的影响不显著。Using data from list companies of the year of 2007,this paper explores the impact of corporate governance on technological innovation investment expenditure.The result indicates that concentration degree of equity and the incentive of top management capital make positive and significant contribution to investment expenditure in technological innovation.We find that the board size of sample companies and the proportion of independent directors have no significant impact on investment expenditure in technological innovation.
