摘 要:近几年来,西方学者对领导的阴暗面展开了一系列的调查与研究,破坏性领导理论逐渐成为领导学研究的前沿,为研究领导有效性问题提供了全新的视角。本研究主要探讨破坏性领导对领导.下属关系的作用机制,并引入下属对领导的信任作为二者的中介变量,通过实证研究得出主要结论有:(1)破坏性领导与下属对领导的信任显著负相关,破坏性领导是下属信任的杀手;(2)破坏性领导与领导。下属关系质量显著负相关,破坏性领导是领导.下属关系的破坏者;(3)下属对领导的信任在破坏性领导与领导.下属关系之间有中介作用,破坏性领导降低了下属对领导的信任水平,这种信任状况的恶化降低了领导.下属关系质量水平。In recent years, western scholars launched a series of investigations and research on the dark side of leadership, and destructive leadership became a cutting-edge research on leadership and provided a new perspective for us to study the effectiveness of leadership. The paper examines on the relationship between destructive leadership and leader-subordinate exchange. The main findings are as follows: (1) there is a significant negative correlation between destructive leadership and subordinate's trust in leader; (2) there is a significant negative correlation between destructive leadership and leader-subordinate exchange; (3) subordinate's trust in leader plays an intermediary role in the relationship between destructive leadership and leader-subordinate exchange.
