双波长分光光度法测定奶花芸豆总黄酮含量

摘　　要：采用双波长分光光度法测定新疆奶花芸豆中的总黄酮含量,标准品为芦丁,测定波长510 nm,参比波长580 nm。结果表明,在0.0025～0.025 mg/mL范围内,标准品的量与吸光度值具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.9996),平均加标回收率96.33%,RSD为2.67%,精密度和稳定性均较理想。奶花芸豆的总黄酮含量为2.79 mg/g,该方法稳定可靠、重现性好。Double-wavelength spectrophotometry was applied to assay the total flavonoids in Phaseolus vulgaris L.The standard sample was rutin,the detective wavelength was 510 nm,while the reference one was 580 nm.The results showed that a good linear relationship（R2=0.9996） between OD and the concentration of analyte was obtained,within the range of 0.0025～0.025 mg/mL.The average recovery rate was 96.33%,with RSD=2.67%（n=3）.The stability and precision are very good.The results indicated that the average total flavonoids content in Phaseolus vulgaris L.was 2.79 mg/g,and the method was stable,reliable and accurate in the assay process.
