摘 要:结合VI级围岩浅埋偏压隧道CRD法开挖施工特点,布设了变形观测元件及应力观测元件,对施工过程中围岩变形及结构内力进行了监测和分析.变形测试结果说明CRD法各分部施工相互影响明显,隧道内侧围岩压力普遍大于外侧围岩压力,并且随着其他分部的施工具有明显加大的趋势.内力监测结果表明钢支撑轴力主要为压应力,并且拱腰位置轴力稍大于其他部位.测试结果分析表明,合理的工序应该是先山体外侧开挖并施工初期支护,然后山体内侧开挖施工.According to the construction of shallow tunnel sustained unsymmetrical pressure,which was excavated by CRD method in the VI-class surrounding rock,the arc settlement convergence and the inner force surveying points were built in the tunnel structure to monitor the rock mass deformation and inner force,and the surveying data were analyzed.The rock deformation surveying results showed that the mutual influence of each heading excavation of CRD cannot be neglected.The surrounding rock pressure of inside tunnels was always larger than the outside tunnel's,and the surrounding rock pressure force of inside tunnel became larger with the other heading excavation of CRD.The structure internal force monitoring results indicated that the axial force on the steel brace was pressure force,and the axial force at hance was larger than other position's.The surveying analysis suggested that the reasonable construction for the shallow tunnel should be:the outside tunnel's excavation and preliminary lining should be first,and then the insider tunnels.
