浅谈我国农村人力资本教育投资问题

摘　　要：人力资本是经济增长的重要源泉,教育投资是人力资本的主要构成因素,因此教育对经济发展的作用是不言而喻的。本文通过对农村人力资本教育投资的现状和现实意义的分析,建议通过加大政府的投资力度,形成教育产业多种投资模式和发展农村消费信贷等途径来解决农村人力资本教育投资问题。Human capital becomes the important resource of economic growth,and education investment is the main factor of human capital.So the effect of education on economic development is obvious.This article just put forward three ways to solve education investment on China＇s human capital in rural areas based on the analysis of their present situation and significance.These suggestions are to increase the government＇s investment,form various investment patterns and develop consumption credit in rural areas.
