摘　　要：目的检测肺癌和癌旁正常组织中Gab2蛋白及其mRNA的表达情况,探讨Gab2与肺癌发生发展的关系。方法采用PV-9003免疫组织化学法检测75例肺癌组织和25例癌旁正常组织中Gab2蛋白表达水平,实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测15对肺癌组织和相对应的癌旁正常肺组织中Gab2基因mRNA表达状况。结果 Gab2蛋白在30例鳞癌、30例腺癌和15例其他类型癌中的阳性表达率分别为66.67%,46.67%和80%,高于癌旁正常肺组织(P<0.01);15例肺癌组织中Gab2 mRNA表达高于相对应的癌旁正常肺组织(P<0.05)。结论 Gab2在肺癌的发生发展中可能起重要作用,其表达增强可能诱导了肺癌的发生。Objective To know Gab2 protein and mRNA expression in lung cancer tissue and the adjacent normal tissues.Methods The expression of Gab2 protein was detected by PV-9003 immunohistochemical technique in 75 cases of lung cancer tissues and 25 cases of the adjacent tissues;Real-time RT-PCR was used to detect Gab2 mRNA expression in samples from 15 cases of lung cancer and matched adjacent cancer tissues.Results The positive rate of Gab2 protein in 30 cases of squamous cancer,30 cases of adenocarinoma and 15 other types of cancer was 66.67%,46.67% and 80% respectively,which was significantly higher than that in the adjacent normal tissues（P0.01）;The positive rate of Gab2 mRNA in 15 cases of lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the adjacent normal tissues（P0.05）.Conclusion Over expression of Gab2 may play an important role in the development of lung cancer,may induce lung cancer.
