摘 要:通过对搅拌叶片上的物料进行运动学分析,结合工程流体力学相关知识,求得物料轴向和径向的速度表达式;分析单根搅拌轴推动物料运动一个轴向长度时所需旋转的角度,根据不同拌筒的长宽比,以及对旋转角度的范围要求,得出不同单轴相位角对应的搅拌臂数目;对双轴搅拌臂的不同排列形式分别进行考虑,在满足搅拌臂及叶片布置的基本原则的基础上进行筛选,最终得出合理的取值。理论分析的结果与实际应用中常用值基本吻合,为搅拌机参数的确定奠定了理论基础。Through the kinematics analysis of the materials on the vane,combined with related knowledge of engineering fluid mechanics,the speed expressions in the axial and radial direction were obtained;Analysis on the rotation angle of the single mixing axis which impelled the movement of materials one axial length of the trough,according to the different mixer's length-width ratio and the range requirements of the rotation angle,the number of the mixing arms corresponding to different phase angle was obtained;right to consider the different arrangement fors of the twin-shaft mixing arms,the reasonable results came out on the basis of the arrangement principle of the mixing arms and blades eventually.The results of the theoretical analysis basically tallied with the usual result recommended.This paper laid a theroy for the parameters determination of a twin-shaft mixer.
