摘 要:在施工期间,框架-剪力墙结构中框架柱及剪力墙所承受的荷载及各自轴压比的不同,造成了构件之间存在竖向变形差异,进而会对框架-剪力墙结构中梁柱内力产生重要的影响。而混凝土收缩和徐变的存在,又加剧了这一影响。以某框架-剪力墙结构高层建筑为分析对象,采用有限元法分析了施工过程及收缩徐变对框架-剪力墙结构竖向变形及内力的影响,并在此基础上对结构分析及设计提出了一些有用的建议。During the period of construction,different axial compression ratio and load applied to the framework and shear wall result in the difference on vertical deformation between structural members,that is,column and shear wall.And then the difference imposes a great effect on the internal force of beams and columns in framework-shear wall structure.In addition,the existence of creep and shrinkage of concrete makes things still worse.In this paper,FEM method was adopted to analyze the effect of construction procedure and shrinkage and creep of concrete on the vertical deformation and internal force of a high building of framework-shear wall structure and some conclusion which can act as useful theory evidence during the structural design and analysis of high building were drawn.
