摘　　要：目前我国高职旅游院校的人文教育虽然取得了一定的成绩,但也还存在着许多有待改进的地方。从旅游职业特点入手,将人文教育贯穿于高职旅游院校的人才培养体系中,纳入旅游院校的专业建设、课程设置、校园文化与师资队伍建设中,以培养会技能、有素养、懂职业、有内涵的旅游人才。Nowadays the humane education of vocational tourism colleges have achieved certain results,however,there is still much room for improvement.Starting from the characteristics of tourism career,we should run through humane education in the training system of vocational tourism colleges all the time.Thus,we ought to put humane education into the specialty construction,curriculum provision,and construction of campus culture and teaching staff in order to train tourism talents with skills,educational qualifications,knowledge and cultivation.
