摘　　要：目的探讨转移性小肠肿瘤的超声声像图特征。方法对10例转移性小肠肿瘤患者的临床、病理及超声声像图进行回顾性分析,观察声像图特征,并进行超声分型。结果 10例转移性小肠肿瘤中肺小细胞癌转移2例,肺低分化腺癌转移、胰腺腺泡细胞癌转移、胃低分化腺癌转移、横结肠低分化腺癌转移、直肠低分化腺癌转移、卵巢低分化腺癌转移、腹腔低分化脂肪肉瘤转移、腹膜后恶性纤维组织细胞瘤各1例。声像图表现为局限管壁增厚型(1例)、全周管壁增厚型(5例)、结节肿块型(3例)和肠套叠(1例)。结论结合病史,超声检查有助于转移性小肠肿瘤的诊断。Objective To investigate the sonographic features of metastasic small bowel and improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Methods The images by ultrasound and diagnosis by histopathological test in 10 cases of metastasic small bowel were analyzed retrospectively.The ultrasonic types of metastasic small bowel were classified according to the appearances by 2-D ultrasound.Results The 10 cases of metastasic small bowel included 2 cases of small cell lung carcinoma,1 case of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of the lung,1 case of pancreatic acinic cell adenocarcinoma,1 case of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of the stomach,1 case of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of the transverse colon,1 case of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of the rectum,1 case of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of the ovary,1 case of abdominal poorly differentiated liposarcoma,1 case of retroperitonral malignant fibrous histiocytoma.The ultrasound showed one case of the circumferential involvement,5 cases of circumscribed involvement,3 cases of the nodular type and 1 case of intussusception.Conclusion The ultrasonography is valuable in the diagnosis of metastasic small bowel with correlated clinical patient history.
