摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌组织中Ras相关的C3肉毒素底物1(Ras related C3 botulinum toxinsubstrate 1,Racl)和p21蛋白活化激酶1(p21-activated kinase 1,Pak1)蛋白的表达特点及其与胃癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法:收集60例胃癌及20例癌旁正常组织标本,采用免疫组织化学方法检测Rac1和Pak1的蛋白表达水平。结果:在胃癌组织中Rac1和Pak1的表达阳性率均高于周围正常组织(P<0.05);Rac1和Pak1的表达呈正相关(r=0.383,P<0.01),它们的表达均与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、Lauren分型和有无淋巴结转移有关。结论:Rac1和Pak1的表达与胃癌浸润、转移密切相关,并有可能作为反映其生物学行为的一种新型标志物。Objective To examine the expression of Rac1 and Pak1 protein in gastric cancer with invasion and metastasis.Methods Gastric cancer tissue from 60 patients and adjacent normal tissue from 20 patients were collected,the protein expression of Rac1 and Pak1 level was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of Rac1 and Pak1 protein in gastric cancer were significantly higher than that in the surrounding normal tissue（P0.05）;the expression of Rac1 and Pak1 were positively correlated with tumor differentiation,depth of invasion,Lauren classification and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The expression of Rac1 and Pak1 is positively correlated with gastric cancer invasion and metastasis,and they may be used as novel marker for the biological behavior of gastric cancer.
