摘　　要：系统介绍了犬和猴的实验室眼科学检查方法。主要内容包括针对猴或犬选取合适的保定方式,肉眼对动物眼外观检查,使用裂隙灯对动物眼前节检查,动物散瞳后使用检眼镜观察眼后节,并说明检查操作中的注意事项。This article introduces the ophthalmological examination methods of laboratory dogs and monkeys,which includes proper selection of immobilization modes according to species of animal,observation of the eye appearance,anterior segment examination with slit-lamp,posterior segment examination with ophthalmoscope after mydriasis,and matters needing attention during the examination.
