足浴循经疗法治疗化疗后末梢神经炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨足浴循经法治疗化疗后末梢神经炎的临床疗效,并观察黄芪桂枝五物汤加减足浴对化疗后末梢神经炎的疗效。方法将30例癌症化疗后出现末梢神经炎的患者随机分为两组。治疗组15例,采用循经足浴,足浴方以黄芪桂枝五物汤加减,每次浸泡30min,每日浸泡一次。对照组为西药组15例,金施尔康(多种维元素及矿物质)一粒日一次口服。以上两组按化疗周期累积,并延续至化疗后半年。结果足浴组总有效率为80.0%,西药组总有效率为40.0%,经统计学处理,两组疗效有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用足浴循经疗法治疗化疗后末梢神经炎,较西药治疗疗效明显提高,方法简便,值得推广。Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of followed meridianby foot bath in treatment of peripheral neuritis after chemotherapy and to observe the efficacy of modified astragalus Gui Zhi Wu Wu Tang foot bath in treatment of peripheral neuritis after chemotherapy.Methods Thirty cases of peripheral neuritis after cancer chemotherapy were divided into two groups.Treatment group,15 cases were treated with followed meridianby foot bath with modified astragalus decoction Gui Zhi Wu Wu Tang,the feet were soaked for 30 minutes each time,once a day.The control group,15 cases were treated with Westen medicine,Gold Theragran（Multi-vitamines and minerals）tablet oral administration once a day.The two groups were observed according to the cumulative cycles of chemotherapy and extended to six months after chemotherapy.Results The total effective rate of foot bath group was 80.0%.The total effective rate of Western medicine group was 40.0%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of followed meridianby foot bath is better than that of Western medicine.The method is simple and is worthy of popularization.
